Baked mushrooms, marinated in olive oil, spices and yogurt sauce with tahini
Mushrooms contain negligible amounts of fat, calories and sugars, but significant amounts of fiber and are the ideal choice for a diet.

MATERIALS
Ingredients for mushrooms:
500 gr. mushrooms
5 spoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 spoon paprika
1 spoon thyme
1 spoon rosemary
1 spoon cumin

Ingredients for the yogurt sauce with tahini:
1 cup strained yogurt
1/3 cup tahini
2 spoon olive oil
1 slice chopped garlic
3 spoons fresh lemon juice
1 spoon mustard
1 spoon honey
2 spoons chopped parsley
Sea salt, preferably
Freshly ground pepper, preferably
Serving Ingredients:
1 sliced tomato
1 sliced onion
6 Arabic or Greek pies
Everything else your appetite craves

IMPLEMENTATION
Mix all the ingredients of the sauce and put them in the fridge until the mushrooms are done to bind the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 250 ℃ on the grill and air.
Clean and wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth, remove the hard stalks and cut them into thick strips by hand.
Marinate them in a bowl with the herbs, spices, garlic and olive oil, mix well. Spread oil paste in a shallow pan and spread the mushrooms so that they do not touch too much together.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, until they get a nice color and start to become crispy. Serve the mushrooms with baked pies, sauce, tomatoes, onion and anything else your appetite craves such as french fries, cabbage-carrot salad, rice, green salad, etc. So that everyone can make the combination that he likes it.
