Tart fermented with olive oil, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, yogurt and feta
The tart with sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, feta cheese and extra virgin olive oil is a food that combines taste and nutritional value, a delicious nutritional bomb.
Sun-dried tomatoes are a food made up of ripe tomatoes, which are dried in the sun. It is a concentrated source of nutrients, they provide vitamins C and K, iron and lycopene.
Spinach is a rich source of minerals, vitamins and helps strengthen the immune and nervous systems. Yogurt and feta are rich in nutrients such as protein, calcium, vitamins, minerals, probiotics and can significantly enhance health.
MATERIALS
Filling materials:
500 gr. spinach fresh, washed and well dried
5 spoons olive oil
2/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes cut
1 onion cut into slices
2 cloves garlic
1 spoon fresh chopped dill
3 eggs
½ cup yoghurt
½ cup milk
½ cup slice crushed by hand
Sea salt, preferably
Freshly ground pepper, preferably
Ingredients for the dough:
1 ½ cup whole weat flour
1/3 cup virgin olive oil
½ cup cold water
1 spoon salt
IMPLEMENTATION
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. To make the dough, mix the flour and salt with a wooden spoon in a bowl. Add the olive oil, the cold water and mix until a uniform soft dough is formed. If the dough is rubbed a lot, add up to 2 tablespoons of cold water. In an oiled oven pan with a diameter of 25 cm, press the dough into the base and the walls and pierce it with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes until golden on the edges.
In a saucepan with olive oil, sauté the onion until soft. Add the spinach and garlic and continue sautéing until all the liquid is absorbed.
Remove from the heat and add the dill, sun-dried tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the yogurt and milk. Spread the spinach evenly on the baked dough. Spread the mixture with the eggs and the yogurt on top and finally add the grated feta.
Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes until the filling sets and takes on a nice golden red color. Remove from the oven and wait for it to cool for at least 15 minutes before cutting it and serving.
