Cake with olive oil and olives
If you like the taste of olives, make this unique cake with olive oil and enjoy it all hours of the day.
Recipe ingredients
3/4 cup olive oil
2 cups Fresh orange juice
1 cup chopped olives
3 cups wholemeal flour
3 spoons baking powder
1 cup baking soda
1 spoon dried mint
1 chopped onion freshly ground pepper
Implementation
For the cake with olive oil and olives, first dissolve the soda in the orange juice. Pour the remaining liquids into a bowl and mix them. Add the orange juice and soda.
Slowly add the flour together with the baking powder, stirring. Finally, add the chopped olives and onion.
Grease a medium, elongated cake pan. Pour the mixture. Flatten the surface.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees, in the air, on the middle grill for about 45 '. Check if it was cooked by inserting a knife in its center.
Let it stand for 10 ′ in the form and then unmold on the grill to cool.
